I, Geetika, was working with this company called Square Technology from June 22,2022. Two days after when I started the work , their server stopped and I asked their company representative about it .To which they replied that the server will start working after 1 day. Each day I used to open their site but the server didn’t work of which I have proofs. Today on July 1, 2022 , i received a letter from court of West Bengal of an senior advocate , Mr. Mayur Joshi , telling me that I have breached their contract and case has been filed by my name. To my defence , no breach has been occured from my side because the work has to be completed online and their server stopped working from days and now no one is replying from the company which is fraud. Various complaints are also filed about the company online about the same issue
