I ordered two shirts and they have not delivered it.

I placed an online order for airdopes / earbuds and smart watches on 04.07.2023 and a total sum of ₹1550.24 was paid through paytm. In the absence of any response from the supplier, I contacted them today at 06297677542 which was transferred to 06294364858 and I was told that I’d be required to lodge a complaint with payment of ₹1 and the items would be delivered by 2 pm today itself. The entire thing looks and sounds extremely fishy and I seem to have fallen a victim of fraud. Incidentally, I got the link from the website of boAt.
