I had buy a Lloyd AC from Sargam Electronics on 27.04.2019. In addition I had also paid an amount to Sargam for AMC for the next 3 year. My AC is not working, I had filed a complaint through mail alongwith 14 reminders to Sargam but no body resolve my issue till date, even not picking up my call. In additon, I also complaint to NCH on 04.07.2022 but till date there is no reply recvd. from Sargam on his multiple reminders. My Product is under AMC. I called to Ms. Poonam (Mob. 8506095490), Mr. Vijay (Mob. 971851203) and Mr. Tanuj (Mob. 8506099093) who dealing the complaint of Lloyd. But he gives me only assurance, lateon, they were not even picking up my call. Contact details of Sargam Electronics as under :
