On 7 April 2022 i booked my car for the clutch assembly repair for which i got bill estimate of Rs 11719 but after that they scan my car and says lot of work is needed in the car and bill given of Rs 60819 i says make it done and approve the estimate through go Mechanic app but I say i want all my spare parts which mentioned in the bill then only i will pay then after three days i received my car with the bill estimate Rs 55719 they send me the bill but when I checked my car the part are missing from the which are mentioned in the bill then i asked the service buddy he says sir some of the parts are on workshop and some of the parts will be delivered in two three days you pay the bill i will provide you then i say give the parts which was in workshop i am coming to your workshop and then i will pay you when I went the workshop they were giving different car parts when i asked them they make excused and last they say instead of Rs 55000 sir you pay Rs 35719 but i refused to pay because the go Mechanic failed the trust of customer and these kind of fraud was earlier done when i booked this on September 2021 i was charge 200000 this app is doing fraud with the customer no work is done even their customer care executive also never revert the complain wait since eight days i lodged the complain against the insta car care paschim Vihar no one help and they are forcing me to pay their bill which was not done by them
