Text of Complaint by Manmohan Bist:

I deposited 1 re using my other account in Kuber app which showed in my deposit then when ai transferred 10k it didn’t and I was told it will be refunded with 7-10 business days, it’s more than a month now but they keep telling me they have refunded and ask for statments but have never shared the reference number for the refund they made and I have shared my statements whenever they asked. They call and say sorry and that they are aware it’s there mistake but never accept it on email. They ensure a new rep will start the conversation again once the one you spoke to has no answer. The new rep will ensure that he or she takes you through this again and waste your 2 weeks and then again same pattern. They will never share any reference number and only say it’s escalated and repeat the process but won’t refund. I am sure they are after a big scam and many Indians will end up loosing money like PMC and other public related scam. It’s time to highlight this in front of government. They will ensure to reply to your email and keep giving you a run around in the hope that you might get your money tomorrow but it won’t come. They only reply to ensure they are not in fault. All they want is that you forget your money and leave them at peace. Let’s get together and teach them a lesson to get our hard-earned money back
