I have booked flight ticket via website TRAVOLOOK on 17th if AUG 2021 for Rupees 4856.00
Ticket got cancelled itself saying that the PNR is not generated refund will be forwarded immediately. Since then i have made them hundreds of call & spoken to customer care. They will provide same reply that it is already forwarded & wait for 5 more working days. Or they will say technical problem.
Most of the time i requested to kindly connect someone senior. no chance. Most of the time it will not get connected or while speeking they will cut your call.
No status update . no Call back from them. Its a huge amount.
so i am tired to call them & after three months also no refund
