Franch Courier POD # 22040843263 and 22035863172.
The Ernakulam office of this courier is continuously making sure that my parcel containing a medical device for an hospital use sent from Chennai on 19/3/2019 is not getting delivered. I have been waiting since 21/3/19 for this parcel, and continuously following up via phone calls.
Every time the office in charge either gives some drivers number or as if I am at fault disconnects saying you wait for the (paid) service or come here and receive.
And the driver whom I contacted was using all his energy shouting and using slur words at me asking to wait or get the delivery at his place of choice.
Adding salt to the injury, is the fact that on 16th the same parcel was booked at this Courier, they sat on it till I called and enquired on which on 19th they returned it back to the sender in Chennai and he again being assured that it will get delivered without any issues booked it again there.
This is the worst service I have ever had from any courier in my life. Their office here behave most unprofessionally and even more worse – arrogantly. They even threatened me to throw the parcel away if I complaint. Hence writing this mail and registering my complaint at National Consumer Help line (complaint # 122471) and if not delivered tomorrow 26/3/2019) will physical file a complaint at Ernakulam Consumer Court.
