I had advertised a cupboard for sale on olx.in on 14-Feb-2021. The fraudster named Ajay Kumar proposed to buy this same day and sent me vouchers of Rs.1 and Rs.10 on PhonePe that got credited after me entering my UPI Pin. Then he similarly sent me a voucher of Rs.12,500 which he posed as a credit voucher but it got debited from my account and this happened twice. So, I lost Rs. 25,000 in 2 transactions of Rs.12500 each. UTR for both are 104512246356 and 104561545703. Fraudster’s UPI Id is ajaykumar676712-1@okicici. Complaint filed with Cyber Police Pune on 14-Feb-2021.
He is not picking up the phone or switching on on reaching multiple times to refund the money. This conversation was recorded when in one instance he picked up the phone and we asked him to refund the money by cash to our home address which was shared with him over olx chat. HDFC Phone Banking has blocked my net banking for security reasons of this fraud on 14-Feb-2021.
I have reported the complaint in the Cyber Crime Portal and I have filed complaint with Cyber Crime Police Station at Pune, Shivaji Nagar.
Please help me resolve and retrieve the money.
