Dear Sir,
I am ordered ultron R8 Pro 6GB 128GB mobile, but today i am received wrong item & already used , this is not the which I am ordered, i am received a old model old phone, kindly refund my money or sent it back replacement new phone, otherwise I want legal option . please look the matter urgently. & I am also complain against your company to consumer forum.
