Dear Amazon Team,
I have purchased  FPX Ultra in Ear Neckband on 10th April 2021 from Amazon.in and is not working now.
I tried to connect through Amazon chatbot but don’t get any response from you.
Today, 26th June 2021 I connected your customer care they shared an email of the brand but they are not accepting email and not even to contact them. email conversation copy attached.
Please get t it resolved as I am running from pillar to wall but no solution from you either.
May I have a quick response from your end?
