My foxtale order is not delivered and since 5 days it is showing out for delivery. There is no customer care number and only option to communicate with them is through WhatsApp and on that also they are not responding. I have already paid it and there is still no response from the company. They are frauds.

They’re not replying to my msg.. I have already paid for handing now I want to cancel the product as it has not been shipped but they’re not replying at all.,, they have no other to constant with them rather than WhatsApp yet they’re not not responding from there also ..
