Hi all,

I purchased a Fossil Gen 6 Watch in Chennai Phoenix Mall Fossil Showroom on Dec 28th 2022 for 26K. The watch did not start after 3 months, i gave the same for service on April 2023 and they took 1 month for repair. Finally the watch was received on May 2023. On Jun 13th the watch stopped working again and the same was sent for service again Jun 16th 2023. As of today Jul 16th 2023 the watch service on hold due to lack of spare parts. The contact center team has no idea on what is happening with the service team.

I have asked for replacement, but no response yet. FOSSIL is a fraud company with not moral ethics and have zero care after sales.

I need help to take legal action on FOSSIL INDIA
