Well, I have ordered Fossil Gen 5 Smartwatch from Amazon on 7th april 2021, but due to wrong pin code mentioned in address we have cancelled and received refund on 11th april 2021.

I have placed the order again on 11th april, this time i have received a different colour and material product of same Fossil smart watch which was black instead of silver and belt watch instead of chain watch(which was not getting on and charger was not working too.

So i have requested a replacement on that product, but it was rejected by the delievery executive that it was not looking like a real one.

then i have made a call to customer care executive for an explanation for product. They said we will arrange a return and return that product back.

and the return was done on 21st april 2021, but after that i have made calls to amazon regarding the process for more than three times. Every time i got a different answer and finally they have initiated refund on 30th april 2021 and sent a mail regarding it on the same day.

For an update when i have call them on 2nd may 2021 they have said that the refund was cancelled. when i have asked them for reason, they said that product was a different from what they have sent me and completely saying that there will be no return/refund /replacement further.

I have asked them for return back the product so that i will file a complaint in consumer court but they are opposing it without returning that product.
