I have raised the return request for my fossil analog raily watch which I have received a toy watch in name of fossil
, and my return request was accepted but no action was taken against it. Also no delivery boy from E cart came to pickup my order and he was cancelling it from his end ,also i get calls and I have to explain the same story again and again for your backend team. Now from your side they are saying that my return request policy is finished
