To

incharge

Sub…. complain about my few incoming calls get transfer to my another mob nos.

I have two airtel nos

Nos–1—–9871855596 &

Nos–2—–9311259066

My Problem is few of my incoming calls on nos-1(9871855596) get transfer to my another nos-2– (9311259066) Only few not all calls)

and only few calls not all calls are forwarded to another nos.

so I am insecure about my call information and worried…

1….why my nos-1..(9871855596) is being transfer to my second nos–2(9311259066).

& 2…Only few of incoming calls of(9871855596) are forwarded not all calls are forwarded to my

second nos(9311259066).

I went to the service centre twice of my Area Ie. crossing republik ghaziabad.

told them about my problem in details …showed them all my handset..showed how the nos being forwarded to my another nos.

But they denied of giving any assistance in this matter..they said they can not do in this matter.

I got all my handset checked..changed the sim in different different hand set…but nothing happened It is not the handset problem either.

I tried all the CODE dial but nothing changed,

As my first nos is very old.

Now I can not use any of above two nos as I used to do because of this trouble…currently I am using my third nos..for my work.

Requesting you to kindly check and correct this Problem.
