I ordered one shirt from online portal named : https://formalcue.com/. Shirt was delivered to me via BlueDart courier with order Id : CUE-42572 on my home address on COD. I paid via Phonepay to the delivery of Bluedart. When I opened the packet, shirt delivered is not the one which I selected. Also there was no invoice attached or sent to me via Email. When I called Formalcue helpdesk to return/replace the item, they are not entertaining me and asking me the invoice, which they have never sent me.
Please help.
