I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive number of phone calls I have been receiving from your end. I have been contacted approximately 15 times a day, which is not only inconvenient but also amounts to harassment.
Despite no pending dues/issues requiring such frequent contact, your team continues to call incessantly, causing unnecessary disturbance to my daily routine and professional commitments.
I request you to immediately stop these unsolicited calls and ensure that my number is not contacted without prior consent for non-essential matters. Failure to address this issue promptly will compel me to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and relevant regulatory authorities for resolution.
