Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with my previous employment experience at Finchain Technologies (Phinchain Technologies Private Limited) and its sister concern Agrokart Global (Benkaizer Technologies Pvt. Ltd). I joined Finchain Technologies on August 20, 2021, reporting to Mr. Joseph Abraham, who claimed to be one of the co-founders of the organization.
Towards the end of 2022, the company required me to transition to Agrokart Global, where I diligently fulfilled my responsibilities. Despite my dedicated efforts and commitment, the salary for my work at Agrokart Global was not forthcoming, and I found myself covering all expenses related to official duties without any reimbursement.
Unfortunately, the situation took a turn for the worse when Mr. Joseph Abraham and Ms. Aninditha Sen, who also claimed to be a co-founder of both companies, decided to disband the team under the pretext of market overtaking strategies. While I respect the company’s decisions, the alarming issue lies in the fact that, despite the time and effort I invested, my rightful expenses reimbursement remains unpaid.
Moreover, I have been deliberately cut off from communication channels, with Mr. Joseph Abraham and Ms. Aninditha Sen absconding and blocking my contact in all channels. This unprofessional behavior not only raises serious ethical concerns but also paints a concerning picture of the leadership team’s commitment to fair practices and employee welfare.
Regrettably, my experience seems to be a recurring theme among my ex-colleagues who have encountered similar disappointments with the leadership team of Finchain Technologies and Agrokart Global.
I am filing this complaint to bring attention to the unjust treatment I have endured and to caution others against supporting these companies. It is my hope that this formal complaint serves as a testament to the need for transparency, ethical conduct, and fair treatment of employees in the professional realm.
