I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced at the Garia Airtel Store located at 104 B, Raja Subodh Chandra Mallick Rd, near Garia Andrews College, Kolkata 700047. Below are the key points of my complaint:
Date of Incident: December 5 and December 7, 2023.
Location: Garia Airtel Store, Kolkata 700047.
Description of the Representative: Woman in a white Airtel shirt.
Issue 1 (December 5): Misinformed by the representative about the inability to upgrade two SIMs in one day.
Issue 2 (December 7): Incorrectly told that Airtel SIMs do not work in feature phones, leading to unnecessary inconvenience.
Additional Concern: On December 7, after the SIM started working briefly in the feature phone, the representative rudely told me to “get lost” when questioned about the earlier misinformation.
Resolution Sought: An explanation for the misinformation and rude behavior, and assurance of better customer service in the future.
As a loyal customer of Airtel for almost 20 years, I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this experience. I expect a timely response to this complaint and appropriate action to be taken against the representative for her unprofessional behavior.
