I am writing this letter to raise a serious concern regarding the activities of Royal Win, a betting site that I have been a part of for several years. I have incurred significant financial losses, amounting to more than 12 lakhs, while playing slots on this platform. Additionally, I served as an agent (1700+ members )for Royal Win, whereby any member could join as an agent after meeting certain criteria.
Initially, as an agent, I received a monthly commission from Royal Win, which was promptly paid on the first day of each month. However, as of July 8, 2023, they ceased providing me with this commission without any valid reason. Considering my consistent efforts and hard work in inviting new members to join, this sudden halt in commission distribution has greatly impacted me financially. The monthly commission payments amounted to approximately 80 thousand to 50 thousand, which I relied upon for my livelihood.
To make matters worse, Royal Win imposed an unjust ban on me in relation to receiving monthly commissions, accusing me of having multiple accounts. I want to clarify that I do not possess nor operate any multiple accounts on their platform. The only devices I utilize for playing are my mobile phones and tab. Ever since they assured me of receiving monthly commissions, I diligently continued my work of inviting new members, only to be deceived by their fraudulent actions.
I implore you, as an authority figure responsible for addressing such matters, to take immediate action against Royal Win, thereby permanently banning the site in India. Their operations have proven to be dishonest and manipulative, leading individuals to accumulate substantial losses. This gambling game possesses addictive qualities, putting the lives and financial stability of its members at great risk.
