I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Pik Collection, an online retailer, for indulging in fraudulent practices and unethical behavior.
I recently placed an order under their “Buy 1 Get 1 Jewellery” offer. However, the items delivered were entirely incorrect and did not match the order placed. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company to resolve this issue, their provided contact number is non-functional, leaving me with no means of communication to address this grievance.

This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, and it appears to be part of a larger pattern of fraudulent behavior by the company. I kindly request the Consumer Court to:
Investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Pik Collection for their misconduct.
Direct the company to either replace the incorrect items with the correct ones or issue a full refund.
Ensure they provide functioning customer support to prevent such incidents in the future.
I hope for swift action to prevent other consumers from facing similar issues.
