3. Facts of the Complaint:
• I am a registered user of the Parimatch platform under Player ID 227253905.
• On 30 December 2025, I initiated a withdrawal of ₹1,00,000 via bank transfer.
• The transaction has been stuck in “In Progress” status for over one week as of 6 January 2026, as evidenced by system screenshots (Status: 1w).
• Despite numerous follow-ups, the platform has failed to provide a valid 12-digit UTR or RRN number necessary for bank tracking.
• The support team has provided contradictory information, at times misidentifying my withdrawal as a “deposit”.
• When I demanded a resolution, the platform used intimidating tactics by threatening to block my account, which constitutes a “restrictive trade practice”.
4. Evidence Attached:
• Screenshots showing the withdrawal status as “In progress • 1w”.
• Chat transcripts documenting the agent’s failure to provide a UTR and the threats of account blocking.
• Internal Ticket IDs provided by the support team (#62019662 and #REQ-FIN-100293).
5. Prayer / Relief Sought:
• Immediate credit of the ₹1,00,000 withdrawal to my bank account.
• Interest at 18% per annum for the period of the delay.
• Compensation for mental agony and financial distress caused by the withholding of funds.
• Strict action against the platform for unfair and deceptive trade practices.
