Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Krazybee for inaccurate reporting of my credit information to CIBIL, which has adversely impacted my credit score.
Details of the Issue:

• Loan Type: Consumer Loan
• Loan Provider: WOODTSPL
Despite having no active account or outstanding loans with Krazybee, my CIBIL report reflects an open account under my name. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Krazybee, providing all necessary details and even following up with them. Unfortunately, they have not taken any corrective action to address my concerns.
This incorrect information is damaging my credit score and creating unnecessary financial difficulties for me.
Request for Action:
I kindly request the consumer court to intervene in this matter and direct Krazybee to:
1. Investigate and resolve the incorrect reporting.
2. Provide a written explanation and confirmation of the correction.
3. Compensate me for the inconvenience caused due to their negligence.
I am attaching all relevant documents, including email correspondence with Krazybee and a copy of my CIBIL report showing the discrepancy.
