Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Jio (Reliance Jio Infocomm
Ltd.) regarding the poor service and unresolved issues related to my online SIM
card order.

• Service Provider: Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.
On 30/09/2025, I received an SMS stating that home delivery of my Jio SIM had
been initiated. However, the SIM was never delivered.
Following this, I raised multiple complaints through Jio Customer Care:
1. Service Request Number: SR00002P3905 – Raised on 01/10/2025
2. Service Request Number: SR00002Q0ITF – Raised on 03/10/2025
3. Additional Complaint Raised: service request number : SR00002Q0ITF

Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been provided. Each time I
contacted Jio Customer Care, I was assured that the issue would be resolved
within 24, 48, or 72 hours, but nothing has been done. I have spoken with
multiple customer care executives and supervisors, yet the problem persists.
Finally, out of frustration, I personally visited a Jio Point to collect the SIM card
directly. However, even after collecting it, the staff refused to activate my SIM,
and as of today, the SIM remains inactive.
Additionally, I had paid ₹349, and when I requested a refund for the undelivered
and inactive SIM, Jio representatives informed me that the refund would only be
processed after 30 days automatically, which I find unfair and unacceptable.
This entire experience has caused me extreme inconvenience, frustration, and
disappointment due to the lack of proper service, communication, and
accountability from Jio’s side.
I request the Consumer Forum’s intervention to:
1. Direct Jio to activate the SIM card immediately or issue a full refund of
₹350.
2. Take appropriate action against Jio for deficient service and failure to
address customer grievances within the stipulated time.
3. Ensure that Jio revises its refund and complaint handling process to be
fair and transparent.
I have attached the relevant SMS communication details and service request
references for your review.
