Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Fire-Boltt regarding a defective smartwatch phone purchased approximately two months ago. After a few days of use, the watch stopped charging completely and became non-functional. I raised an online complaint with Fire-Boltt, and my complaint number is 4207127. As instructed by the support team, I also shared videos clearly showing the watch and charging issue. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response from Fire-Boltt. Additionally, the customer service contact number provided by the company is non-functional, and it has been impossible to reach any representative for assistance. This lack of support has caused significant inconvenience and mental harassment. It is unacceptable that even after repeated follow-ups, the company has neither provided a resolution nor acknowledged the issue. Therefore, I request immediate action against Fire-Boltt and its Managing Director for failure to address a genuine warranty claim and for neglecting customer grievances. I seek the following: Immediate replacement of the smartwatch OR a full refund. A written explanation for the lack of response and customer support. Compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused due to non-resolution of my complaint. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to proceed with filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum, including a request for penalties for unfair trade practices and deficiency of service.
