Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the online betting platform, 1Win, for unfair practices, significant financial losses, and potential violations of tax and anti-money laundering laws. I have been a user of their platform, and my account IDs are 88678700 and 388193377.
I would like to bring to your attention the following serious concerns:
Unfair Practices:
Despite playing various games on the platform, including slots and casino games, I experienced consistent and unrealistic losses.
The Return to Player (RTP) rates appeared to be manipulated, and the games seemed algorithmically designed to ensure players lose their funds.
The platform lacks transparency in disclosing odds, RTP rates, and the algorithms used in their games, which raises serious concerns about fairness.
Financial Losses:
I lost approximately 70 lakhs INR across my accounts, including 40 lakhs in loans taken to continue playing on the platform.
These losses have left me in severe financial distress, with no way to recover my funds.
Suspicious Transaction Practices:
Customer deposits are being routed to individual current accounts or small shopkeepers who do not conduct legitimate business but are used to process transactions.
This practice raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of these transactions and the potential for money laundering.
Tax Evasion:
1Win appears to be evading GST by not reporting these transactions to the government.
This is a clear violation of tax laws and deprives the government of legitimate revenue.
Request for Investigation:
I urge the Consumer Forum to investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate action against 1Win for their unfair practices and potential legal violations.
Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to investigate potential money laundering and tax evasion by 1Win.
I have attached relevant documentation, including transaction records and proof of losses, to support my complaint. However, I have omitted my personal details for privacy reasons. If further information is required, I am willing to provide it through appropriate channels.
