On the date of 5 april I received call from a company employee called SANA SAIKH ( +919776094197 ) From SEVEN STEP SOLUTION located in 2ND FLOOR, NEELKANTH SHOPPING COMPLEX, SANTALPUR GUJRAT.

She offer me a job of 1000 form filling job for 10 days with the payment of 25 rupees for each form, if I complete there work with 90 percent accuracy.

I agree on this, so then after she was asking for my id proof,phone number, and email for making agreement, I give them all these things, after some time they provide me a id and password and a link.

So I started doing it but after filling around 25 forms I noticed that there provided data for filling is not exist in practical life like – ADDRESS not matched with its ZIP CODE, phone number starts with the country code of +001 which not exist and Email address not found.

So I contact back and tell them all thing and tell them that I didn’t work any more so I’ll leave your so called job. The agent SANA SAIKH told me to just type a mail on given email I DONT WANT TO WORK.

I Simply mailed it, after some hours, A lady call me ( 077191 26485 ) and told me that – HELLO SIR I AM FROM THE LEAGAL DEPARTMENT OF SEVEN STEP SOLUTION …. SIR YOU BREACH OUR CONTRACT SO YOU HAVE GAVE US THE COMPENSATION AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE WE TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU. So I simply told them that I didn’t gona give a single paisa to you and your company. Then she was like  SIR LETS MEET IN COURT..

On the date of 18 APRIL 2021 at the time of 11:06 AM I received a mail from a lawyer Called MIHIR PATEL .In mail he write that if you not pay the amount of money we file a case against you in GUJRAT HIGH COURT kindly reply on it.

On the same date around 03:00 PM that they file a case/FIR against me in AHEMDABAD CITY POLICE by INSPECTOR MIHIR in the Guidance of ADV. VISHAL….And same things also came to my whatsapp from a bussiness account. Amount of 4700 .I received many calls from them 099130 11276 adv. Neeraj Joshi

He also torts me for money everyday..

Please help me…As soon as possible
