My Name is Priyanka vishwakarma, I applied for online part time job on Quikr.com. Then I received a call from a man and he offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. He said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time then i will have to pay 4700 to them. Looking at the work is so simple, i agreed. They sent me an email  with all the details. But i worked so nicely and completed the work before time and submitted. But after submission they said that i failed in QC, after which i received an SMS ( shared below in attached file) stating that- “””Mr/Ms. priyanka viswakarma ,This is to inform you that your internal case (7268498) has been listed on 06/08/2020  for
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on 7265863264 for further details.”””
When i call in this number a lady answered but didn’t mention her name. She said that “I’m the advocate of Orian technology and since you failed to complete the work you will have to pay sum of rs-15500, and this just for not completing work in time (which i did) but also you will have to pay more if dont want to continue the work and started threatening me saying that if you dont pay we will send a legal notice on my given address. Since I’m a girl they scared me and took rs-58660/- after that they send me an email of final settlement ending the contract. (Screenshotsis shared below). But all of sudden they again started calling me with different -different number and scaring me by saying that they will send the legal notice at my given address or else pay more money to them.

Im not sure how to deal with kind of fraud people. But im also going to file a complaint in local police station against the company.
