i found a data entry form filling job, work from home,2200 forms to be filled in 20 days and offered 25rs. Per form.They said send my signature photo and I’d proof after 5 min they made a Contract with out my permission.I said I can’t do this please leave me .They said you must pay the amount other wise they file a case against me

Today they send a legal notice and threaten me to pay within 12 hours please help me already my family faces a lot of financial problem

Dear Sir,

Under instruction and on behalf of my client Ms. Silverformfilling(OPC), Office Num A-72 Royal Market Near Vigayan Nagar Pryagraj Uttar Pradesh Pin:-226023, India, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-

1. That my Client Ms. Silverformfilling(OPC) entered into an agreement with you dated 11/16/2021 6:36:48 PM (hereinafter the Agreement)
1. That in terms of the said agreement you are required to pay the service charges as per clause 2.2, 3(C),6 of the contract.
2. That it has come in Notice to my client that you have breached the contract in the following manner-
(i). DIDN’T COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN TIME FRAME WORK.
(ii). DESIRED ACCURACY NOT ARCHIEVED.
3. That the specific clause which are violated or breached significantly are Scope of Work, Plan Details, TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION OF TRANSCRIPTION.
4. That on behalf of my Client I demand that you rectify the breach immediately and take the following steps on your part to make good the breach done by you-
(i). CLEAR THE DUES OF COMPANY
(ii). TAKE THE NOC FROM COMPANY
Within 12 HRS of time period you are required to take above specific actions.
• That on failing to take the above stated steps, I will take appropriate legal action against you seeking all remedial and punitive remedies that are available under the applicable laws.
• Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872,
• Kindly clear the dues 5999+18% GST towards our clients and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit.
• Kindly pay the charges 5999+18% GST at the earliest otherwise it will lead to legal consequences and a legal case will be filed against you in the Bengaluru Court.

This is the legal notice they send me . please quickly solve my problem I can’t concentrate my studies due to this problem.This gives a mental stress to me please help me
