- My Name is Pawan Kumar Gupta, I applied for online part time job on Quikr.com. Then I received a call from a man with the contact number –7265999870 and he offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. He said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time then i will have to pay 4700 to them. Looking at the work is so simple, i agreed. They sent me an email (attached below) with all the details. But i worked so nicely and completed the work before time and submitted. But after submission they said that i failed in QC, after which i received an SMS ( shared below in attached file) stating that- “””Mr/Ms. pawan kumar gupta ,This is to inform you that your internal case (3852210) has been listed on 01/08/2020 for
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on 7265862653 for further details.”””
When i call in this number a lady answered but didn’t mention her name. She said that “I’m the advocate of Orian technology and since you failed to complete the work you will have to pay sum of rs-15500, and this just for not completing work in time (which i did) but also you will have to pay more if dont want to continue the work and started threatening me saying that if you dont pay we will send a legal notice on my given address.
Im not sure how to deal with kind of fraud people. But im also going to file a complaint in my area police station against the company.

I had a call on 28 oct 2020 from a lady named Jemini patel mobile no: +91 7211103783 . She said me that I do not need to pay anything. The registration charge will be deducted from the first week payout. Then I signed their agreement. After signing the agreement i got a call from +916359212370. A lady was saying it is a verification call. And she said if you fail to submit the form on time or fail to maintain accuracy then you have to pay ₹4700. Then i said if you can remove this reg charge of ₹4700 in case of failure then only i will work with u otherwise stop the process to fill the forms. After few hours i got a call from +91 7227-034964 asking for providing the forms. I said just cancel the process of starting work with u. She said me you will get a call from cancellation department. But I never received any call. I didn’t even receive their forms. I thought it was canceled. But after one week i got a call from +91 99097 63072 a man named Sddharth verma talked to me and said he is the advocate from Technocraft solution. And said me that they have filed a case against me for agreement breach. And asking money for settlement the case. I said him i am not gonna give u a single rupee. Then he said that he will send legal notice against me.
Please let me know the process to resolve this issue. Should i file a case against that person at my local police station?

Even i had applied for part time work in quikr.com. Today morning i got a call from golden enterprise company and they offered me part time job and told that the job is simple I’ll have to just fill up 700 forms in 7 days and I’ll get 20 rs for each form filled after that they told me that there’s no advance payment, registration fees(4700) will be cut from my salary and also told that there should be 90% accuracy in my work and the work seemed simple hence i agreed to it and asked for my adhaar card photo for verification and after that received an otp after which i got my username and password …. after few hours my instinct told me that i should look up in google for the review of the company and its work and I ended up here. i don’t know what to do …… i should continue with their or block them from everywhere …..please help me

Harita, you don’t have to worry they cant do anything with the agreement you have signed I just had a conversation with them and they are 101% fraud but , what you have to do is ” don’t get frighten by these fraudster and give them any money and the next time they call you say them that you are free to do whatever u want. And if u give them the money which they demanded they wont stop there they will call u again and demand for money as well, so calm down and do not show them that you got afraid from them, the agreement you have signed is not admissible in the court so don’t worry and remember that no company which is providing any job didn’t demand any agreement to be signed and for any registration just be aware of these frauds next time.

Hey guys there is a similar company named Urban Technology with same pattern of working. First they told me that my QC report is failed on the basis of ASCII code. I checked the 131 forms they sent me and after rechecking I found that only 13 forms were worng and the rest were correct. I mailed them the same thing and after sometime the mailed back stating they will contact me next day. On next day a lady called and told me that my QC is failed because of multiple login . I asked her that I did not do any multiple loggins but she refused and stuck on that I have done multiple loggins. Now they have sent me a legal notice. What should I do?

I had started the work same form filling (salary profile)
It was really stupid of me to not check about them and the company.
So suddenly i thought to check it and then boom I was reading it was fraud.
I panicked first as I had send them my adhar card details and they will use the legal documents against me but then i was like they are the fraud company and they really can’t do anything against me.
So i calmed down and i messaged that pooja saying that is all fraud and luckily my uncle is in police so i told her i will forward all these and her number to the police so she blocked me on WhatsApp.
So guys dont get scared its they who are wrong and not us.
And work from home doesn’t exist.
I registered for the same company today and after looking at all of these comments im really panicking. I made a mistake sending them my aadhar card pic now i dont know what to do. Should i fill the forms and see what happens or just leave it?

The Same team is calling under the name of ICON solution, Rahul – 7572800870, I’m also facing a same issue and legal adviser call me and asked to pay 4700 or legal action will taken and complaint will be raised in Gujarat court.. for penalty of 1.6L that legal adviser name is Jayesh Desi – 78725 87591.
