Form Filling Fraud By Orian Technology ( Site – Work me.com )

My Name is Vivek Purushottam Sahare, I applied for online part time job on Quikr.com. Then I received a call from a man with the contact number –+919825161679 and he offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. He said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time I asked questions about this the didn’t tell me any information but  i agreed. They sent me an email (attached below) with all the details. But i worked so nicely and completed the work before time and submitted. But after submission they said that i failed in QC, after which i received an SMS ( shared below in attached file) stating that- “””Mr/Ms. Vivek Purushottam Sahare ,
Legal proceedings. Kindly call on  +919054540029 for further details.”””
When i call in this number a lady answered but didn’t mention her name. She said that “I’m work as center customer service and I unable to provide any information and also said that you received mail from advocate than reply on it and mention as call me back than advocate call you.

the advocate of Orian technology and since you failed to complete the work you will have to pay sum of rs-52102, and this just for not completing work in time (which i did) but also you will have to pay more if dont want to continue the work and started threatening me saying that if you dont pay we will send a legal notice on my given address.
Im not sure how to deal with kind of fraud people. But i m also going to file a complaint in my area police station against the company.
