Dear Sir,
I bought a camera (GoPro Hero 9 Black) online on AMAZON website on 06 July 2021, the cost of the camera was INR 34,999. I got the confirmation email from amazon so i was satisfied. in the confirmation it was showing that the delivery will be done in between 08 to 12 July 2021. (attaching email copy)
on 08 July when i checked amazon site it was showing that the product has been delivered on 07th July 2021. but i did not received any delivery from AMAZON. immediately i talk to amazon customer care, He told me do not worry some time it is happened that product did not delivered but on website it showed delivered. so he told me to wait till 12 July 2021. he told me that he has taken my request for this issue. On 12 July 2021 when i did not get the delivery i again call to amazon customer care he told me the time for delivery is till 09 pm today so make call on 13 July 2021 if you did not received.
On 13 July when i made them call they are saying we are investigating this issue but parallelly i got an email which state that you will not reimburse the money as per A to Z policy. (Attaching email).
When i got that email i did investigate all by going on the courier website, i found that the delivery was done to some one else in GUJRAT spite of Delhi (my address). (attaching courier bill copy)
Now amazon is not helping me in a proper way so that i can either get product of can get my money back.
Kindly help me out to get my money back.
