Dear Team,
I have requested to DMI about loan foreclose process on 30th March through customer care i got mail on 31st March i have two loan of 65000 and 18000 due to bank transaction limit i have close one loan of 18000 on 31st march by paying 15266 and other loan of 65000 paid on 1st April with daily interest amd inform to customer care and also mail send to dmi with bank statement request to stop ECS on 7th when i check DMI app its shows 65000 loan closed but 18000 loan is still and shows remaining more then 3k has pay as not paid emi the amount has been adjusted in EMI my Emi date is on 5th i paid foreclosure amount on 31st march which bank statement is showing and how cum the loan which paid on 1st April it has closed need ur interven as customer is not responding neithet any mail revert
