I Mahesh paisa residing in Reddypalem, Warangal (service no: 15204-000532) wants to bring to your notice that I have been forced to pay the excess bills for which I have been charged because of the meter fault.
Since 2016 we were getting too much bill where we complained the same to the AE in the concerned area where he said that he will look into it and will resolve the issue and investigated our home and checked the appliances we were using and they told us not to pay the bill until the meter has been replaced. But months passed and we were using uninterrupted electricity and no one has disconnected the electricity as they did not rectify the problem with the meter till 2018, at last they did replaced the meter in 2018, where you can see the difference from then onwards we were getting correct bill but at the same time we have been charged the previous arrears as well where they should have revised and charged us an average bill. But since 2019 they have been forcing us to pay the arrears and started disconnecting the power. At the same time we paid many instalments as they did not reconnect the power unless we pay it and we did pay because we do have small kids at home. We did have an intention to pay the current bills but we were unable to do so because if we want to pay online/Meeseva the bill was coming up with the arrears as well.
I did email the same to TSNPDCL and also registered a complaint over the phone on 28th Jan 2021. I kindly request you to help me in the issue.
