I used facilities for two times after that i was ready to pay installements but dhani services forced to pay subscription fee of ₹235 also with that installment. If I don’t do that it will affect to my cibil score. For this I paid it but I don’t want to acquire any kind of services from dhani app. I have written mail to given mail id of Dhani but got replied to pay forcely. They provided a ONE FREEDOM Credit CARD I used its facility but second time it reflected Invalid Card. It means that they Trap customers to use their facilities and after that customers are forced to pay monthly subscription. Why would a customer pay invalid charges if they don’t want to acquire this facilities.Please take a strict action against SAMEER GEHLOT the CEO Chairman of Dhani app. I am Sharing some screenshots of my payments and mail to avoid this subscription charges. There is no option for uploading more than one images.
