Forcing to pay service fee which is not opt

Text of Complaint by Savita Upadhyay:

Dhani had called and said on 8feb and said upon paying Rs.1061 I can get one month service wherein 2% cash back will be refunded.

I opt one month subscription by paying such fee and got Rs.7500 in e wallet to spend and pay in 3 installment.

Total outstanding was 7235 which first installment paid on 8th Feb22,Rs.2412, second installment Rs.2412 on 8th March 22, and Third Rs.2411 on 9th April 22,

It still Dhani recovery team calling and asking to pay another 2122 as two more months subscription fee ,

It was clearly explained if I don’t want to opt further service after one month , I need not to pay subscription fee,

Now they are calling everyday and email to recover amount,

This may cause to my CIBIL and credit scores.

I found Dhani executive with falls statements
