Hi sir,
I am Avinash kumar one of the consumer .Today for the first time I went to pvr cinema hall ( Nucleus Mall ) city – Ranchi , state – jharkhand , pin code – 834001. I went to the counter for the ticket without voucher (popcorn + cold drink ) but the counter women told that she is not allowed to give only ticket from the counter she said you can book from the online. if I book the ticket online it’s takes service charge that is the reason I went for counter ticket for saving service charge .they are adding extra cost in the name of voucher .please take the necessary step towards the theater organisation.
