Text of Complaint by Pawan Kumar:

  • I have to say that when I have already recharged of 999 pack for incoming in Airtel in 2005/2006 and accoding to that pack my incoming should be life time then why Airtel co. force me to recharge otherwise your your incoming feature will stop from 7-January-19 and outgoing features will stop from 23-dec-18. Message that came from Airtel co. is- आपके एयरटेल नंबर पर सभी आउटगोइंग सेवाएं 23-Dec-18 को समाप्त हो जाएँगी| सेवाएं जारी रखने के लिए रिचार्ज करें किसी भी अनलिमिटेड या स्मार्ट पैक से| पैक की जानकारी के लिए, डायल करें *121*51#| यदि आप पहले ही रिचार्ज कर चुके हैं तो कृपया अनदेखा करें
