Dear sir
I have availed gold loan (loan number -6054/847 dated 24/5/2022 with date of closing 23/11)2022) for 21 grams of gold for which I received 82,500 RS in cash .when I was about to pay my interest I was asked to pay extra amount of four thousand and the assistant manager Mr.Sudharsan from chengalpattu branch (603002) , made me an unofficial offer that he will sell the jewellery and give certain amount and help to close the loan.I find this highly suspicious and I suspect it as a scam and it is intentional action to loot my money . I request you to verify the above problem and take necessary action and save my gold jewellery.
