Some days back I am looking for a part time job which is work from home, on that time I applied some jobs including Learn n earn & Asking money after registration for a job. These people are took my Aadhar detail and One selfie photo & online signature they asked to complete this 2 min registration process, I have shared with them because there is no time to read the terms & conditions after they have sent me the videos when I checked it was not a job, it’s just an application to learn the skills but initially they told me it is free registration there is no fees like this. After few days i received a mail and calls attaching invoice of course fee Rs. 7079/- and in that invoice it’s without GSTIN number and asking to pay the amount other wise they will send the legal notice to your home and shared the unsubmitted consumer complaint website screenshot. Now they are telling that i have to pay the amount & harassing me that they will file a case against me in consumer commission come to Surat Gujarat physically and close your matter by paying the legal expenses of 40-50 thousands. Please help me on this.
