I have been customer for Amazon for may years now,
when its time to renew yearly membership, Amazon is forcing me while paying by UPI to do autorenewal, i do not want to enable auto renewal and just pay for the service for next year.
Then they are alternatively creating dependency so that i create Amazon pay wallet and pay using that. This is totally against customer freedom to choose how he/she wants to pay.
I request to take action against them for forcefully manipulating customer’s account to do autorenewal or create Amazon pay account. I don’t want to do both, i want to simply pay and renew the membership. I feel i loose my freedom to choose how to pay and someone already have a hand in my wallet.
