This is Vikram here.I was looking for home based jobs online.Via Indiamart,a sales person from NetZone Services called me and shared the Job details on whatsapp. She said that I have to form filling job. I have to complete 410 forms within 5 days. And each form costs Rs 45/- . Then She asked for my Id proof (Aadhar card ) , My photo and signature for registration. She said its free registration and the registration fees will be cut of from first salary and i would get around 18k. I signed up on 18th March 2021.An agreement was shared but this was not informed by Sales person. I made a request that Could I start the work on 19th March instead of 18th March and she said she will do the required changes from backend to start from 19th March. I started filling them from 19th March , filled the forms and Saved most of them (402) and submitted 7 and 1 form was pending to be entered. Saved forms was planned to be reviewed and submitted on 23rd March 2021 .On 23rd March,The form showed as “QC in Progress “. I was shocked and it was said by helpine person that Saved forms will not be QCed since it was not submitted.I enquired with Sales person and helpline that 23rd March was the last date and QC cannot be started. I told him Saved forms can be edited later(as option was there).They were adamant and not agreeing to the point. Sales peron admitted that it was her mistake to not do the changes for the last day as 23rd March 2021 from backend as promised and instead told 22nd March was last.Before this she said i will give a days time to do.But it was not given.
Then i got a call from One Legal person from the company that I got 87% accuracy and need to have 90% to get the Salary of 18k.He then said I have to pay Rs 15500 which is a loss (Pay 15500 as security deposit to restart the work and they will provide 3 more days to work) . I was also asked to pay Rs.7999 to cancel my registration If i cant pay 15500.I tried to put my point as Sales team mentioned 23rd was last day and also asked them how come Helpline said forms have to be submitted for QC to start and it was only saved not submitted.
- how can QC start when forms are saved and not submitted
- Sales team person didnt provide 5th working day and admitted her mistake of not providing it.
- How can qC report not be shared with me (if they are saying 87% accuracy).But how can QC be done if saved?

I think they are fraud .
The legal team person said I have to pay Rs 1,50,000 to the court and If i dont pay,Police will come to home . They are thereatening me.
Kindly help please. I can’t pay them.
