I claimed the warranty of my earbuds and when the warranty claim was made, the service people forcibly declared physical damage to my earbuds and my warranty claim was also rejected.
And there is no physical damage in my earbuds, this log forcefully said that if there is damage, then we will not make warranty claim, please help me. And I have also taken 1 year extended warranty of my earbuds.
