I am writing on behalf of my son’s (21 years) Airtel No 7738439198 which he is using morethan 8 years.
Today he is getting some problem while using internet after recharging netpack. He is not getting 4g. So he remove the sim and installed again. But he is not getting the 4g. When he called up customer care they informed your sim is converted to prepaid to postpaid.
Sir, I am not understand why without informing they can convert. When we called them they are not listening our problems and telling us now you have go for postpaid only
