Last one year I was the employee of the sar group livpure smart pvt ltd my employee cod 2500535.company mentioned on the watsapp group no weekoff allow in this week & we will not pay you i you will work that perticular day I was not attend office after completing my 6 days of the week on the next day on wards my company AGM & HR forcefully logout of my system & ask me to wait outside of the cafeteria than I was wait from morning to evening.was the employee completed one year journey than they behave like this like a servant.in the evening time Hr give me two options give us resignation & termination due to taken my week off on my week off day which was clearly mentioned on my roaster than forcefully resignation taken by HR.i am jobless right now kindly provide me full justice i want my 6 months payout on my full & final.because I am single earning member in my family & right now jobless & emi pressure & lots of liability in my hand.
