I was in the jio store near Duttapukur hatkhola to get a duplicate sim. The person in the store said server is down. So next day I visit again and got the same reply and then few minutes later the guy asking me to buy mobile stand I denied to buy then offering one month recharge I also denied and started arguing with that person. And at very last he agreed to provide the duplicate sim for Rs 25/-. And today my friend visited the same store and the same guy asking my friend to get new connection and then he will provide duplicate sim for existing number. And its cost Rs 175/-.
Now I don’t know where to complain about this matter. I tried calling customer care 198 number. They are also not responding properly.
