In Feb i was requested for the broadband connection , one person came from Airtel and changed my sim prepaid to postpaid for brodband connection . He was told it’s required then after 4-5 days follow up i was got message from Airtel on my adress brodband connect is not possible . I was told to that person i am not able to carry postpaid solve it . He was told he will after that he was blocked my number. From that time many email i was did even customer care report but no one response. I am not capable to pay this bill . Before to come my house why u not checked connection possibilities. I am feeling harassment by all the things. How much time i need to complain and request to Airtel. Just i want my prepaid back and this is not fault . Even I am not able to pay the bill . I am poor girl by economically .
