I had taken loan using Money Tap ,Money tap is linked with DMI finance , now loan has been closed and I checked on DMI portal there is no any Active loan on my name. But still amount (2158) deducting from my account.
I had tried multiple times to get my active loan account number from DMI team but they are not giving proper response.
I have registered a case in National consumer court. 3758210
Kindly look into it and refund my deducted amount and stop auto debit from my account.
