Hi Team,

Please refund entire amount deducted from my prepaid mobile account 7219604001 . Why and with whose permission sms amount Rs.1 is continuously getting deducted. This is unaccepted.

I want entire deducted amount for sms after 3 May 2020 immediately. This has caused mental and physical harassment which needs to be paid addtitionally or else I will port out of Vodafone connection and will stop all 5 mobile serives used by my family members and spread worst service report in all social medias against your company service.
