As per TRAI guideline i have chosen my new channel basepack of amount of 215.28 Rs per month from Airtel DTH provider but after recharge to this amount Airtel had added 8 unwanted channel to my base pack and increase monthly bill by 51 Rs. without my consent and prior notification and also reduce validity to 25 days instead of 30 days. when i am trying to contact their customer care they refuse and disconnect my call every time when i tell them about my issue. it is disgusting.
